Leadership Evolution, Inc. opened its doors in the Michiana area in August of 1978. The company is based on the philosophy that all people have unlimited potential, and its staff is dedicated to helping individuals achieve that potential.

We assist companies to increase their bottom line profits by selecting and/or promoting top performers in any given field using state of the art assessment tools. We then offer training and developmental programs to maximize their use of their hidden potential. Our focus is on three basic areas:

1. Personal Assessment and Measurement: This service matches people to jobs, or we can survey employee's perception of work related issues. It helps reduce turnover and absenteeism. It increases productivity of employees and management. It can identify key needed abilities for any position and is used in providing long-term management succession. It makes happier employees because they are in the "right" job. Custom benchmarks are developed to create "Job Match".

2. Human Resources Development: Training programs are offered to improve skills in time management, personal and corporate goal setting, supervision, management, selling, communication, and customer relations. These programs incorporate behavior modification techniques for long term growth and positive change.

3. Consulting Services: These services include background checks, assessing employee attitudes and perceptions through Organizational Needs Assessments and Team Indexes, revising job descriptions, 360-Degree Competency Feedback Systems, performance measurement systems and others.

Approximately 1/2 of our clients are trained to use our services and tools "in-house" through their own staff. The remaining clients prefer to have us provide all services. The decision is based on the needs, capabilities, and philosophy of the client.
